Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of the order being placed unless otherwise noted. We offer standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, typically taking 7-10 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and the shipping destination.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with your order during shipping, don’t hesitate to contact the page directly to resolve the issue.
*Once your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is.
*For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii $19.95 for Standard shipping.
*Delivery times for orders made after 5 pm EST will be calculated from the next business day.
*We will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Return Policy
Customized Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, as these are made-to-order and cannot be resold. If the item(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@frazinascustomprints.com and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@frazinascustomprints.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the order has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
