Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of the order being placed unless otherwise noted. We offer standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, typically taking 5-10 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.


We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and the shipping destination.


Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with your order during shipping, don't hesitate to contact the page directly to resolve the issue.


*Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is.


*For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, the following surcharges will apply: $10 for Standard, and $15 for Express.


*Delivery times for orders made after 5 pm EST will be calculated from the next business day.


*We will not deliver to a P.O. Box.


Return Policy


Pre-Printed Items

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Frazinas Custom Prints. If unsatisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn and original packaging.


To initiate a return or exchange, don't hesitate to contact us at support@frazinascustomprints.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and processing the refund or exchange.


Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) were defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.


Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that the rebate may take additional time to reflect on your credit card statement.


Customized Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, as these are made-to-order and cannot be resold. If the item(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt, don't hesitate to contact us at support@frazinascustomprints.com and we will provide a replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, don't hesitate to contact us at support@frazinascustomprints.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the order has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
